To address the concern of data security, transparency and efficient service delivery, BLS – MT uses a leading business process software, Savvion Business Manager 6.5 by Savvion (www.savvion.com). This software is used by the top 20 Fortune corporations. The software runs on a Sun Microsystems server with RAID configuration, tape backup system, offsite backup and a connectivity of 2-4 mbps. SBM implements secure socket layer protocol for data protection. The software allows the client and only the client, to monitor the progress of his document from the time of submission up to the time that the transcribed document is automatically delivered to him by the system. The use of the software ensures that the process is perfectly followed and that no “short cuts” were taken.
