Brokenshire Transcription Services is operated by Brokenshire Learning Systems, Inc. (BLS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brokenshire College (www.brokenshire.edu.ph). Located at Brokenshire College campus in Madapo, Davao City,Philippines. BLS also operates the Davao ICT Incubation Center and provides software solutions and services using acknowledged leading software solutions such as Savvion and Alchemy.
