Clients have two ways to transfer audio files for transcription. 

The first is by using the Transcription Business Process. Client can simply log in,start an instance, fill in the needed information and attached the audio file.  This is the preferred way.

The alternative way is by using the FTP. Client will have to be issued a separate FTP username and password to access the FTP site.
