BLS operates a 42-seat  Transcription Facility. It is equipped with the latest software and hardware technology.

The Business Process Software which drives the operations is hosted on a Sun Microsystems server with RAID configuration. It is equipped with a tape backup system and an offsite back up to minimize loss of data.

Since the production facility is located within the campus of Brokenshire College, it can access a campus bandwidth of 4 mbps, of which 1 mbps is dedicated for transcription production.

As an alternative to the Business Process Software we have also an FTP server where you can transfer files  in the traditional way.
