Transcription Process Guide

1. Point browser to http://bls1.brokenshire.edu.ph:8181/sbm/bpmportal/login.jsp or click Bizsite at http://www.mt.ebrokenshire.com.

2. Login Page

 MT Login

Enter your username and password and click login

 

There are at least three tabs in your web page when you log in.

·   My Tasks - these are things which are supposed to accomplished. This should be empty at the start but will be filled up as soon as tasks are assigned to you.

 ·   My Instances - these are the instances you created and these is where you can monitor their progress.

·   Applications - these are the processes which you can initiate. For now, you only have one - BLSMTProcessing.

       Upon Log in, the system defaults to display the My Tasks Page.

 My Task

 This is the My Task Page - the fefault page upon logging in. If you have any tasks they will be displayed here.

 Encircled above is the Applications Tab.

 

3. Click Applications Tab to display Applications Page (below)

4. Click on the BLSMTProcessing to create an instance. The following page will be displayed.

 

 Submit Task

In this page you can do the following:

  1. Give a unique name to the instance at the Instance Name Data Slot.
  2. Input the name of the person submitting the task.
  3. Input the date submitted by clicking on the calendar.
  4. Input the date the transcription is needed
  5. Attached the audio file by clicking the dataslot for files and clicking add files
  6. Give specific instructions if needed.
  7. Click CREATE  button when done.

The program will immediately forward the process to the next performer who is the editor.  The editor will then assign the task to an MT for transcription. When the MT completes the task, he attaches his transcribed file and click complete.

The program will forward the process to the MT Editor who then will edit the work.

When he/she is done, he clicks complete and the process is forwarded to the client (you) for your review and acceptance.

 

All the above work steps can be easily monitored  by the client so that he knows where his file is now and he can also email the performer anytime.
